PicoWay questions

Most describe a quick, light snapping sensation. Sessions are short, and we can apply a numbing option for tattoo work or sensitive areas.

It depends on the concern. For tattoos, most patients need 4–10 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart, depending on size, ink density, ink colors and skin type. Pigmentation and texture plans are shorter — we’ll map yours at your consultation.

PicoWay is cleared across a wide range of skin types — at 1064 nm, for tattoo removal in all Fitzpatrick types (I–VI). Cleared indications vary by wavelength and handpiece, so our physician confirms the right settings, and the right treatment, for your skin.

Little to none. You may see mild redness for a few hours. Most clients return to their normal day right after.
